In God’s Country

Howdy!

In Melbourne at the moment. I have the bye this week and I have had 4 days off. I have been in God’s country up in the upper murrary at a friends farm. I have to film a commercial today for a chocolate company. Pretty excited because I love my chocolate, ha ha.

Be good

Go swans

Needing a win

Howdy out there. Bad loss on the weekend to the Blues. That’s two in a row now. We really need to bounce back against the Bulldogs in Canberra on Saturday.

I have one of my little bros in town staying with me for a couple of weeks so awesome to have family around me.

Anzac Day clashes

I am enjoying a bye week this weekend. We usually have one of these every year but with the inclusion of a new team at the Gold Coast, we have uneven numbers and we get two byes.

I am going to use this time to freshen up the body! We have had some big games the last month and we have a lot more coming up so I need a little freshen up.

If you have time, make sure you catch the Anzac day clashes. Being an old Collingwood supporter I never miss them.

Speak soon!

Close games

Round one completed and what a year we have to look forward to!

We played in a draw against Melbourne Demons, it was the 4th draw I have been involved in and they all feel exactly the same.

It’s going to be a very even comp this year – we had games decided by 1 point, 2 points and 4 points. It surely is a great time to be watching footy.

Had the day off today and spent the day with my cousin who is down from Mckay visiting, I really love it when family come visit.

Have a great week!

Filming

Good morning!

Today is a day off for me and my team mates, we obviously don’t get weekends off so we get Wednesdays off instead. The last couple of Wednesdays I have been doing filming for Telstra for the ad campaign coming out very soon, I am sure you will have a laugh at me and Nathan Hindmarsh.

Only 3 weeks until the start of the AFL season.

We play Stkilda this weekend in Coffs Harbor – can’t wait for the real stuff.

Xmas break

Happy new year. Still on my Xmas break until Friday. Spent a week with my family in Ballarat – we had about 20 of us for Xmas day. I was in control of the meat. We had a 30kg lamb, a 10kg pork and two chooks. It was the best Xmas.

Just spending my last few days off watching the cricket – go aussies.
